MATTHEW M CARR
My name is Matthew Carr and I am a practicing architect and visual designer.
Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, I currently reside in Brooklyn, New York. A graduate of Portland State University’s Architecture Program and the PSU Honors College, I dedicated the latter half of my education toward studying the deterioration of public spaces, and the profound impact this has on the wellbeing of cities. From this, I have fostered a deeply held belief in the importance of restoring public spaces while extensively expanding functionality and accessibility.
These days, I work as an interior architect designing and branding restaurants in New York City and the surrounding metro areas.
I am open for commissions or collaborations and always welcome the opportunity to work closely with others on creative endeavors.
